Wifox Release 1.38.0 Overview: Helping Teams Work Faster with Relevant Information

Date:
29.07.2026
In Release 1.38.0, we focused on giving businesses greater control over the information used in everyday CRM workflows. We expanded how custom business data can be utilized, brought AI assistance directly into the Requests module, simplified routine email handling, and added more flexibility to analytics calculations.
Custom Fields for More Tailored Client Management
The value of client data lies in how accurately it reflects a business's processes, priorities, and operating model. Standard CRM fields provide a common foundation, while Custom Fields allow teams to capture the information specific to their daily work.
We expanded the use of Client Custom Fields across the CRM. They can now be displayed directly in the Clients table, used as filtering criteria, and included in exports, allowing teams to work with custom business data alongside standard client information.
Client search now includes additional search parameters, making it easier to locate records using a wider range of client information and find specific profiles faster.
AI-Powered Request Processing
Reviewing client requests often means working through long conversations and identifying the relevant context before taking the next step. To simplify this workflow, we integrated AI assistance directly into the Requests module. Employees can now use AI-driven insights to process requests with less effort and reduce response times.
Emails Module Improvements
The Workspace Email module now makes it easier to manage multiple messages at once and reuse existing correspondence.
Bulk email actions are now available, allowing users to update multiple messages at once and spend less time on repetitive mailbox management.
The Edit as New feature enables teams to reuse existing correspondence without copying content manually or affecting the original conversation. The option creates a separate email from an existing message, where recipients, subject, and content can be changed before sending.
Cleaner Data for Operational Analytics
Not every processed transaction should contribute to operational analytics. Technical, internal, and test adjustments can distort dashboard metrics without representing actual business activity. A new setting allows administrators to exclude transactions processed through a specific payment method from Analytics calculations while preserving all financial records and related processing.
As a result, dashboards provide a more accurate view of operational performance without changing how transactions are handled elsewhere in the system.
Release 1.38.0 focuses on making business information easier to manage throughout everyday CRM operations. By expanding client data capabilities, embedding AI into request processing, improving email workflows, and refining analytics calculations, these updates help teams work with more relevant information while reducing routine manual work.
