Improved Client Filtering
Managing clients is part of the daily workflow for teams across sales, compliance, support, and other business functions. Whether reviewing newly registered clients or preparing a targeted campaign, teams often switch between multiple filter combinations throughout the day to focus on the right client groups.
In Wifox Business Core Solution, Fast Filters allow users to save frequently used filter configurations and quickly return to the client views they use most often. With this release, users can save a new Fast Filter directly from the client table without returning to the Filters panel.
The updated workflow reduces unnecessary steps, allowing teams to build reusable client views without interrupting their work.
Protected Client Deletion
Keeping the client database organized should never put business records at risk.
Client deletion now follows additional validation rules. Records can only be removed if they contain no financial transactions, trading activity, invoices, or other operational history. Client records containing operational or financial history remain protected from accidental deletion.
This allows businesses to remove obsolete records with confidence while protecting financial history, maintaining reliable audit trails, and reducing the risk of irreversible data loss.
Automatic Manager Reassignment
Client ownership often changes after a follow-up call, meeting, or other scheduled activity. Previously, managers needed to update assignments manually after completing these actions.
Release 1.36.0 introduces a Reassign to Manager option within Action drawers together with a Last Assigned Date field. When enabled, client ownership is automatically transferred once the action is completed, keeping assignments aligned with the latest client communication. This helps maintain accurate client ownership while reducing manual administrative work.
Together, these improvements reduce repetitive tasks in client management, support more accurate ownership tracking, and strengthen protection for records that contain financial or operational history.
