Release 1.35.0 introduces new functionality and updates across the core workflows of the Wifox Business Core Solution. It includes a complete redesign of the promotions system, streamlined CRM workflows, enhanced invoicing, and performance optimizations that support growing business data volumes.
New Promotions Module
We launched a new Promotions module for creating and managing targeted campaigns. Marketing teams can create banners once, link them to specific promotions, and reuse high-performing creatives across multiple offers.
This reduces design overhead, speeds up campaign setup, and helps teams manage promotions across projects and client segments with less duplicated work.
Smarter Client Management
Daily CRM workflows have been streamlined with updates focused on productivity and usability.

Client filters have been reorganized into logical categories, making it easier to build complex searches without navigating through long filter lists. A unified search field also simplifies locating clients by name.

Managers can now update client statuses directly from the client card without entering full edit mode, reducing the number of clicks required during routine lead management.

Data tables have also become fully customizable, allowing users to resize columns and rearrange pinned fields to create a workspace that matches their individual workflow.
Additionally, duplicate registration handling has become more flexible for organizations operating multiple brands or projects, giving administrators greater control over how duplicate client registrations are processed across environments.
Calendar & Activity Tracking
The calendar interface has also been improved to better handle busy schedules by grouping excess events into expandable summaries, while overdue actions remain clearly visible until completed. These improvements make it easier for managers to prioritize follow-ups and avoid missed client interactions.
Financial Operations & Invoicing
Several updates improve invoice management and make financial data easier to review across the platform.
Invoices now support multiple line items, automated VAT calculations, and service periods. This makes billing information clearer for clients and reduces manual calculations for internal teams.
Financial information is also easier to review through nested tables for accounts, assets, and company fees, allowing related records to be analyzed without switching between multiple screens.
Platform Performance & Scalability
Release 1.35.0 includes several infrastructure improvements designed to maintain high performance as platform data continues to grow.
Large background synchronization processes now use intelligent workload protection to prevent database overload during bulk operations, helping maintain a responsive user experience even during intensive maintenance tasks.
Additional database optimizations improve loading speed for historical Actions and Requests by introducing more efficient ownership indexing. These changes significantly reduce lookup times and keep CRM history views responsive even when working with millions of records.
