Release 1.34.0 Overview: Security, Access Control, and CRM Workflow Updates

Blog post image

Release 1.34.0 introduces a set of improvements focused on access control, authentication, and everyday CRM workflows. The update helps teams manage security settings more efficiently, reduce authentication issues across multi-project environments, and review requests faster during daily operations.

Named IP Whitelisting

As security configurations grow, managing large lists of approved IP addresses becomes more difficult. Administrators can now assign custom names to whitelist entries, making it easier to identify office locations, hosting providers, or specific environments during security reviews and access audits.

Project-Scoped Authentication

In multi-project environments, the same client email address may be used across several brands or business units. Previously, duplicate records could create authentication conflicts and prevent users from accessing the correct client area.

Authentication now targets the client record linked to the selected project. This helps prevent cross-project login issues and gives users more reliable access to the correct environment.

Request View Mode

Reviewing requests often requires managers to check multiple fields before deciding what action to take. A new request drawer now provides a dedicated read-only view for reviewing request details.

Additional information can be displayed in a dedicated text mode, making complex request data easier to read. This helps managers review requests faster, reduce unnecessary clicks, and keep editing screens for cases where changes are actually needed.

Improvements

This release also includes several smaller updates that improve access reliability, CRM navigation, and content management.

  • Improved staff login validation to prevent access issues when network information cannot be resolved.

  • Added project-level client uniqueness checks to support shared client data across multiple brands.

  • Introduced future-oriented CRM date filters, including "From Tomorrow", "Next 7 Days", and "Next 30 Days".

  • Fixed banner management behavior across language versions, helping managers edit the correct promotional content for each locale.

  • Added a shortcut for opening client profiles directly from client tables.
