This release introduces new features for platform usability, financial workflows, and CRM management. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new.

AI FAQs Agent

Searching the knowledge base or browsing Swagger Docs can take time. The AI FAQs Agent provides a faster way to clarify platform workflows, find answers to product-related questions, and identify the right API method for a specific task. It searches the connected documentation sources and generates a response based on the most relevant information.

 

Why it matters: Users can find the information they need faster and better understand the platform’s capabilities.

Automated Transactions from Invoices

Routine tasks drain resources. To improve team efficiency, managers can now create a linked transaction directly from the invoice drawer by selecting the relevant checkbox. Once the invoice is closed, the transaction is completed automatically.

 

Why it matters: This reduces repetitive data entry, keeps invoice activity aligned with account balances, and simplifies reconciliation for pending payments.

PDF Invoices

Preparing invoice documents manually increases the risk of errors. To simplify the process, managers can now generate PDF versions of invoices directly on the platform. Each document includes basic details, such as company and client information, payment status, and the total amount. The generated file is ready to share. 

 

Why it matters: Clients receive a clear and consistent invoice document, while teams avoid preparing PDF files manually.

More Client Data at a Glance

Switching between screens makes routine client reviews more cumbersome. The quick-view drawer now displays additional client details, giving managers easier access to key information without opening the full client card every time.

 

Why it matters: This speeds up routine client reviews and reduces unnecessary navigation when managers handle large volumes of requests.

Improvements

  • Improved the readability of client tables by replacing ISO codes with full country names.

  • Rolled out a JSON translation mode for working with complete JSON objects and selecting the source language.

  • Enhanced security monitoring by enabling security and event log forwarding for clients with the SOC service enabled.

  • Streamlined client card navigation, allowing managers to move through filtered client lists without returning to the main table.

  • Improved the internal logger to correctly handle Tracking IDs across all service flows.
