Release 1.41.0 expands Wifox Workspaces with two major modules: Boards and Files.

Teams can now brainstorm and plan together on collaborative visual boards, organize business files in folders, preview documents without leaving the platform, and control access through folder permissions.

The release also improves client data management, IP whitelisting, environment configuration, and the overall CRM interface.

Boards: Visual Collaboration Inside Wifox

Teams often use separate tools for brainstorming, diagrams, planning, and visual discussions. Boards bring these workflows directly into Wifox Workspaces.

Each Board provides an infinite canvas where users can:

• draw freely;
• add text and shapes;
• create sticky notes;
• organize ideas visually;
• collaborate with other users in real time;
• see live cursors and active participants.

Teams can use Boards for brainstorming, process mapping, project planning, product discussions, or any workflow where a visual workspace is more effective than a traditional document.

This gives teams a shared environment for visual collaboration without moving business discussions and data to a separate whiteboarding service.

Files: Built-In File and Folder Management

The new Files module provides a familiar file-management environment directly inside Wifox Workspaces.

Users can organize files into nested folders, navigate through breadcrumbs, switch between list and grid views, and find content using search and filters.

Files also introduces:

• in-app previews for PDFs, images, and supported office documents;
• folder-level permissions with inheritance;
• file type validation;
• protection against unsafe archive uploads;
• structured folder hierarchy management.

Employees can organize and review project documents without constantly downloading files or switching between Wifox and external storage tools.

The module also establishes the technical foundation for broader document-management workflows across the platform.

Better Client Data for Segmentation and Reporting

Release 1.41.0 adds more business context directly to client records.

Trading Groups are now available in the Clients table with search and filtering support, making it easier to find and segment clients based on their trading configuration.

A native Occupation field has also been added to client profiles, providing additional information for KYC processes, segmentation, and client analysis.

Client exports now display full country names instead of ISO codes, making exported reports easier to understand and use without additional data conversion.

Faster Infrastructure Administration

Several improvements reduce repetitive work for platform administrators.

Operators can now update multiple environment variables at once instead of changing each value individually. This makes configuration updates and larger environment changes faster to manage.

IP whitelisting now supports IP ranges, allowing administrators to authorize groups of addresses without creating individual whitelist entries for every IP.

This is particularly useful for offices, partners, and corporate networks that operate from predefined address ranges.

A More Consistent CRM Interface

Release 1.41.0 includes a broad UI/UX review across CRM modules.

Page spacing, titles, action placement, empty states, drawers, checkboxes, toggles, and other shared components have been aligned to provide a more predictable interface across different parts of the platform.

Save actions now follow consistent placement, page structures are easier to recognize, and several inconsistent or broken interface states have been corrected.

Table column resizing has also been restored across affected modules, allowing users working with large datasets to adjust tables to their preferred layout.

The result is not a new workflow users need to learn, but a more consistent version of the workflows they already use every day.

With Boards and Files, Wifox Workspaces expands beyond Tasks and communication-oriented workflows into visual collaboration and document management.
