Release 1.40.0 Overview: Expanding Trading Operations and Everyday CRM Workflows

Date:
11.08.2026
Release 1.40.0 expands the operational capabilities available across Wifox Core while improving how teams manage clients, trading data, requests, files, and everyday CRM workflows.
The release introduces Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders, real-time account risk metrics, more flexible request workflows, stronger lead ownership controls, and a new foundation for file and document management. It also brings several reporting and interface improvements designed to make everyday operations clearer and more efficient.
Trading and Market Data
Trading operations often require both flexible order management and accurate control over market data.
Release 1.40.0 introduces Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders, allowing pending orders to be configured for execution when the market reaches a predefined price level. This expands the trading scenarios that can be managed through the platform and supports breakout and momentum-based strategies.
Administrators also gain greater control over historical market data. Candle history can now be loaded manually for selected date ranges and overwritten when historical data needs to be restored or corrected.
Together, these changes provide teams with more precise control over trading and market data operations.
Real-Time Account Risk Metrics
Understanding a client's current trading state is important for both everyday account management and risk-related decisions.
Balance, Equity, PnL, and Margin Level are now delivered through a dedicated real-time channel and available across relevant CRM and Trading Terminal views.
Managers can review these metrics per asset and through aggregated table information without refreshing the page, providing a more immediate view of account performance and exposure.
Using the same real-time metrics across client-facing and internal interfaces also helps maintain consistency when reviewing account state and trading activity.
Client and Workflow Management
Different operational requests often require different processing stages. Applying the same statuses to every request type can make workflows unnecessarily difficult to manage.
Request statuses can now be configured according to the request type. For example, Copy Trading requests can follow a different status workflow from Withdrawal requests, allowing each business process to reflect its actual operational stages.
Lead ownership controls have also been strengthened. The platform prevents employees from being deleted or managers from being unassigned when they remain connected to active lead buckets or sources.
These safeguards help preserve ownership relationships and reduce the risk of leads becoming disconnected from the employees responsible for them.
File and Data Management
Release 1.40.0 introduces a new backend architecture for files and folders, providing a stronger foundation for document-related workflows across the platform.
The new structure improves naming and data integrity while supporting real-time upload progress for larger files.
This architecture also prepares the platform for further development of document management capabilities while providing a more reliable foundation for storing and organizing business files.
Order Lifecycle Tracking
Trading investigations require a clear understanding of what happened to an order throughout its lifecycle.
Orders can now be followed using a unique tracking identifier, providing a consistent reference across different stages of order processing.
This creates a clearer audit trail for support and operational teams when investigating individual trades, resolving client questions, or reviewing trading activity.
Reporting and Everyday UX
Several smaller improvements make high-volume CRM workflows easier to navigate and business data more practical outside the platform.
Client and Transaction exports now use human-readable names instead of technical identifiers where applicable, producing reports that require less additional processing before they can be reviewed or shared.
CRM modules now display the newest records first by default, helping employees access recent activity faster.
Redundant sorting tooltips have also been removed from tables, reducing visual clutter across data-heavy interfaces.
Built for More Connected Operations
Release 1.40.0 brings together improvements across trading operations, client management, data infrastructure, and everyday CRM workflows.
New pending order capabilities and real-time risk metrics provide teams with greater visibility and control over trading activity. More flexible request statuses and stronger ownership safeguards improve operational processes, while the new file architecture and reporting refinements strengthen the platform foundation behind them.
Together, these improvements continue to make Wifox Core more practical for businesses managing interconnected client, trading, and operational workflows at scale.
