Introducing the Emails Module for Business Communication

Blog post image

Email communication is one of the few daily processes that often remains external. While client data, requests, and operational workflows are managed in one system, email conversations stay in another. Employees constantly switch between applications, managers have limited visibility into client interactions, and important correspondence becomes separated from the work it supports.

To solve this, Wifox introduces a new Emails module as part of the Workspace area.

The module allows businesses to connect their existing email accounts and manage client communication directly inside Wifox Business Core Solution. There is no need to replace your current email provider or change existing infrastructure — simply continue using your business mailboxes while handling correspondence alongside the rest of your daily operations.

Business Communication Without Leaving the CRM

A client email may lead to a new request, account verification, payment clarification, or another operational task. When correspondence lives outside the CRM, employees spend time moving between applications to keep these processes connected.

Our Emails module keeps communication where the work happens. Teams can send new emails, forward messages, and organize correspondence from the same platform they already use for client management and daily operations.

Built for Everyday Communication

The module brings the core email tools employees already use into our platform, without the need to change established workflows. Key capabilities include:

  • Connect existing business email accounts without migration.

  • Manage Inbox, Sent, Starred, and Trash folders from a familiar interface.

  • Create, reply to, and forward emails without leaving the CRM.

  • Organize correspondence and perform bulk email actions.

  • Use reusable templates with predefined sender information and email signatures to standardize routine communication.

As a result, teams can respond faster, maintain clearer communication records, and keep more client information within the same operational environment.

Expanding the Workspace

The Emails module is the second addition to the Workspace area, following the launch of Tasks.

Teams can now manage internal tasks and client correspondence from the same platform. This keeps daily workflows easier to organize and reduces the need to move between disconnected applications.
